About me
My name is Danya Katok-Ahlbin and I am the new publisher for Macaroni KID Riverdale - Kingsbridge - Inwood, NY (formerly Riverdale - Inwood - Washington Heights!) I wanted to make sure all the events I share are hyperlocal so I tightened up the area and name. I am a local Riverdale mom of two young boys. For the past decade, I have been a professional classical singer and college music professor but I am slowly transitioning into the field of Early Childhood Special Education. I am currently the Executive Director of a concert series on the UES in Manhattan and a local Music Together teacher. I love scouring the neighborhood for fun things to do with my family and I am excited to use my researching skills to put together a super calendar of free and low-cost events for you and your children to enjoy.
